These classes are for those who are completely new to dance, who have danced in the past or are still dancing now. All classes are adapted for different abilities, which means everyone can join in to a level that suits them.
All classes we offer help improve, mobility, posture, balance and co-ordination, energy levels, muscle strength and beating stress.
One of the best things about dancing is that while you’re having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you are getting all the health benefits of a good work out.
